Overview
This policy explains information that may be processed when you visit American Mortgages Explained. The site does not provide mortgage applications, lender matching, user accounts, newsletters, comments or server-side calculator storage.
Information you provide
The public site does not ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers, income documents, credit reports, property addresses, loan numbers or application data. Do not send sensitive financial information through the limited contact route.
Browser-only tools
Calculator entries are processed in your browser and are not intentionally transmitted to or stored by the publisher. Browser extensions, device software or other third parties may operate independently.
Server and security logs
Hosting infrastructure may automatically process IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device information, response status and security events.
